Orders received by 3:00 PM Mountain Time will ship the day the order is received, orders received after 3:00 PM may ship the same day or the following business day.
Our domestic orders of Mesocolloid products are shipped by Federal Express (FedEx)or US Postal Service.. We normally ship Monday through Friday. FedEx does not pick up on major holidays. Orders for our Welltrients products will ship either by Priority Mail or FedEx.
During the Christmas Holiday season for a period of about two weeks FedEx does not guarantee delivery of expedited packages due to heavy shipping volume.
FedEx does not ship to a P.O. Box, only a street address. You must provide us with a physical street address in order for FedEx to deliver your package.
Domestic shipments may be shipped by the services listed below. When an expedited method is selected such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, these methods are referring to business days not calendar days. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday or holidays. For example, a package that is shipped on Friday by Next Day service will be delivered on Monday, not Saturday. If a holiday falls on a Monday, packages are delivered on Tuesday.
Saturday delivery is available in most areas of the US as an extra charge option for FedEx Priority Overnight Service only. If you order on Friday, your package can be delivered on Saturday by selecting FedEx Priority Overnight Service with Saturday Delivery which is about $12 more. Call 1-800-390-5839 to select this option.

** During winter months these services may not be offered due to the cold weather.
International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges will be assessed based upon the actual weight of your package and country. Online orders will be adjusted to reflect actual charges or you may call or email to get the rates in advance.
Cold Weather Issues
Our colloids will be damaged if the liquid freezes completely solid. In order to be able to ship our products during the winter months we must restrict the shipping methods to the faster expedited FedEx modes of 2 day, and 1 day depending on the temperature en route and at the destination. In addition we must pack our products in special insulated shipping containers to help prevent freezing damage. Should ice be found in the bottles, the products will most likely return to normal once the product thaws. If the color returns to normal, then the product is OK. In some cases packages cannot be shipped on Thursday or Friday because the packages would freeze in unheated trucks or warehouses over the weekend. This decision is made based upon current weather forecasts with every effort made to ship your product on time while safeguarding it against freezing. Products held over Thursday and Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Package Tracking Numbers
FedEx and US Postal Service tracking numbers are emailed to the email address specified on the order page. The emails are sent on the evening of the shipping date. The tracking numbers can be used to track the progress of the package by the next business day.
