What Is The Cardiovascular System?
The cardiovascular system is the network of arteries (go away from the heart carrying oxygen and nutrients), veins (go toward the heart carrying waste and carbon monoxide), and capillaries (one cell thin blood vessels where exchange of oxygen, carbon monoxide, nutrients and waste take place) that the heart pumps blood through.
The right heart ventricle pumps blood to the lungs, where carbon dioxide is exchanged for oxygen. The left heart ventricle pumps blood to the rest of the body. Nutrients are received from the digestive tract. Cellular waste and toxins are removed by the kidneys and liver.
What Is Cardiovascular Health?
The health of the cardiovascular system is important to all of the cells that make up organs and tissue throughout the body which are dependent on the delivery of nutrients and removal of waste. Cardiovascular health is the proper functioning of the heart and blood vessels, and means a health heart, blood pressure, cholesterol level, and pulse (all in all healthy blood flow through the body).
Circu. Sys. BPRx contains nutrients that supports cardiovascular system health! A proper balance of nutrients encourages the body to function properly. Unfortunately, stress, poor diet, and many other factors can take a toll on health and upset nutrient intake. Replenishing the needed nutrients supports optimal health!
