Eleuthero is a small a deciduous shrub native to Northeastern Asia with adaptogen, anticholesteremic, and some anti-inflammatory properties.

Dong Quai (root extract) Dong Quai an herb indigenous to China contains Vitamin B12, coumarins, ferulate, phytosterols, polysaccharides and flavonoids.

Chaste Berry Extract Native to the Mediterranean and western Asia, Vitex agnus castus acts on the hypothalamus and pituitary glands by increasing luteinizing hormone (LH) production and mildly inhibiting the release of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) resulting in an indirect shift that increases the ratio of progesterone to estrogen.

Mexican Yam Root (root extract) Wild Yam is native to North America, the dried root (rhizome) contain coumarins, phytosterols, phytosteroidal saponins, alkaloids and tannins.

Panax Ginseng (root extract) Panax is a group of slow-growing perennial plants with fleshy root originating from north eastern Asia with adaptogen properties characterized by the presence of ginsenosides.
