Cleansing
For the first 7 days, take 3 capsules morning and evening on an empty stomach. Discontinue for next 7 days. For the final 7 days, take 3 capsules morning and evening on an empty stomach.
As a dietary supplement
Take one or two capsules up to four times daily. Use immediately before meals.
Start with one capsule three times daily. After two weeks use two capsules three times daily for up to two months. Discontinue use for two months before using again. For best results while using this product, reduce intake of refined sugars and carbohydrates.
Recommendations:
Eat a high fiber diet primarily of raw vegetables and whole grains. May increase fiber intake with Fiber Plus.
