    If you are allergic to Platinum do not take MesoPlatinum or other colloidal platinums.

    Directions for Use:

    Do not take MesoPlatinum if you are allergic to Platinum! If you can't wear platinum jewelry, you are probably allergic. If you are unsure, try a small amount on the sensitive skin on your arm before ingesting.

    MesoPlatinum has no reported negative side-effects or drug interactions.

    Take colloidal platinum on an empty stomach about 15 minutes before eating.

    You can take up to three teaspoons a day of MesoPlatinum, depending on your needs. (More than three teaspoons will not be absorbed). Most people experiment to find their ideal dosage of colloidal platinum by starting at one teaspoon every day for a week (the most common dosage), and then adjusting accordingly.
