Colloidal gold is very small particles of pure gold suspended in pure water. The gold particles in Mesogold are 3.2 nanometers in diameter (a nanometer is a billionth of meter). Individual requirements will vary so actual dosage must be determined by trial and error. A large dosage is not harmful.
